– Communicate personal experiences or interests. 

-Create artwork from memory or imagination.

-Listen to a wide variety of age appropriate literature read aloud.

– Listen to, identify, and manipulate language sounds to develop auditory discrimination and phonemic awareness. 

Spiritual: This week we will read some of our favorite Bible stories! 

-Listen to and say the names of numbers in meaningful contexts. 

-Use nonstandard units to measure length, weight, and amount of content in familiar objects.

Bible Story:  Read “The Young Hero & the Horrible Giant” p.122 in the Storybook Bible.

How tall are you?  How tall might you be if you were on top of your dad’s shoulders?  Estimate & use non-standard units like blocks to measure.

Wyatt’s grandma Janet will be subbing for Miss Aimee while she is at her daughter’s graduation until 10:15am.

 Each person can share what they are looking forward to doing in the summertime as we pass the ball around our circle.

Miss Janet will read us the story Why Noah Chose the Dove by Isaac Bashevis

Why did Noah choose the dove?  Why was a dove needed & what was it looking for?

Miss Ann will be subbing until Miss Aimee returns from her son’s graduation at 10:45am.

This morning we will have a gathering at 11:50am on the playground to say goodbye.
